<b>Undertaking</b><br>

1) The deposit is not refundable once a place has been confirmed, unless the course is cancelled by Oceanus Sailing<br>
2) Refunds due to cancellations are in accordance with booking conditions.<br>
3) I shall be liable to pay 50% of the total course fees if less than 60 days notice of cancellation is given.<br>
4) I shall forfeit all monies if less than 30 days notice of cancellation is given.<br>
5) The agreement of this form signifies that all of the above participants are: physically fit to take part in the activity, confident in water and willing to comply with all safety regulations.<br>
6) I am willing to accept the terms and conditions of booking overleaf.<br>
<br>
<b>Terms and Conditions</b><br>
1) The balance must be made 30 days before the start of the course if a deposit is paid at the time of booking.<br>
2) Please check availability when booking less than 30 days in advance.<br>
3) Courses booked less than 30 days in advance of the course must be accompanied by the full payment.<br>
4) All outstanding balances must be settled 30 days prior to course commencing.<br>
5) The course fee includes: personal protection and safety clothing, instruction by staff trained to national governing body standards and the provision of all craft and equipment.<br>
6) The course fee does not include cancellation insurance or the provision of gloves, footwear and headwear.<br>
7) Confirmation will be sent up to 7 days before course commencing. Late bookings will be confirmed by phone or email.<br>
8) Failure to complete any of these conditions will result in forfeiture of course place and deposit paid.<br>
9) Every attempt will be made to ensure that your course goes ahead. However Oceanus sailing reserves the right to cancel a course if viable numbers are not achieved, or due to bad weather/<br>
circumstances beyond our control. In these cases we will offer alternative dates or a full credit (subject to standard booking conditions). We cannot be held responsible for any other expenses you may incur as a result of this cancellation.<br>
<br>
<b>Discounts (5%)</b><br>
<br>
Discounts are only available for full payments, part payments (Deposits) are excluded.<br>
<br>
1) Book 3 or more courses for the same person on the same booking form.<br>
2) Group bookings of 3 + people on the same course.<br>
3) Low season bookings Oct   May.<br>
4) One discount per course.
